Estate Planning and Wills

 

For 35 years, Nick Klein has performed estate planning for his clients including the drafting of wills, codicils, and trust documents. On numerous occasions, he has acted as the executor of a client’s estate or the trustee for the trust they create.

 

As the Assistant Commissioner of Accounts of Accomack County for the last 15 years, Nick has the responsibility to oversee the actions of other personal representatives of estates and trusts qualifying within the county. He helps ensure the personal representatives preserve the fiduciary assets and perform their duties as required by state law for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
